One Off Doula visit

As a postpartum doula I am that warm hug who comes in and helps you with whatever YOU need. It can be practical support such as putting on and hanging out washing, folding and putting away said washing, tidying the kitchen, making your bed, cooking a meal, playing with siblings (I’ve been known to jump on a trampoline or pretend play). But most importantly I provide emotional support where I sit, holds your space and listens.

This visit is perfect if you are needing a reset and wanting someone to help you get back on track with motherhood. You just need that extra set of hands to fold and put the washing away, help sort clothes because your baby has outgrown the previous size, need someone to make some food for your baby because they are now eating solids. Or the visit can involve you sleeping and letting me look after your baby.

This one off 3 hour visit gives you a chance to reset and help you get back on track. Let me help you give you some time to not have to worry about the every day tasks and spend time with your baby.
