Preparing to Rock Your Birth

Don’t just wish for a great birth. Plan for one
— Cat Fancote

This class is four hours long and delivered over two weeks. It is dedicated to exploring your birth preferences, becoming informed about birth options and common hospital interventions and then writing your birth plans. The first week allows you to digest all the information and to go away and talk about what you want your birth to look like with your partner. In the second week we write your birth plans.

At the end you will receive Plan A, B and C so all options are covered and considered  in a timely and less emotionally charged space. Then if circumstances change during your birth you can be confident with the decisions that you, your partner and care provider made previously and you can get on with birthing your baby.

  • Birth options

  • Pain relief options (non pharmacological and pharmacological options) and how they impact a physiological birth

  • Common hospital interventions and how they impact a physiological birth

  • Cesarean section and a family centred cesarean section

The cost for this class is $200.00
